Alvarez is an importer of acoustic guitars based in StL ouis, Missouri. In the 19705 its guitars were imported from Japan. Today it is owned by LOUD Technologies, owner of Mackie, Ampeg, Create, and other music brands, and produces guitars in China and Korea.
